Brandi Henggeler is the 360 Destination Group – Arizona Team’s Senior Account Executive. Brandi joined the team in 2022 and has been working to grow hotel engagement and drive client satisfaction ever since. This Arizona native is proud to call the Sonoran Desert her home and brings over 13 years of event management and hospitality experience, having worked in luxury hotels, venues and unique spaces. In her free time, Brandi enjoys spending time with her husband and two little ones, doing yoga, planning kid’s parties, and boating at one of Arizona’s many beautiful lakes!


Taylor Abbate, CMP, DES, HMCC Director of National Sales

Taylor Abbate, who is based locally here in Scottsdale, serves as the as Director of National Sales. She has expertise in events and destination management, client relations, and operations which allows her to relate and build trust with her clients. Taylor is a University of Missouri-Columbia alum, a PCMA “20 in Their Twenties” Class of 2021 award recipient and serves as an active member of Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) on a chapter and national level. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, hiking, and exploring all that the Valley of the Sun has to offer!

Brianna Moody, General Manager
Through our decades of experience, proven processes, and creative solutions, Hello! Arizona Destination Management builds relationships that inspire confidence and encourage fun! The result is a successfully managed live event experience that gives everyone goosebumps! As a native to Arizona, Brianna has always had a love for the desert. Brianna graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Tourism Development and Management. She brings more than 17 years of industry experience to the General Manager role at Hello! Arizona Destination Management. and has a thorough understanding of the event management process from start to finish. She has been in the DMC business since 2007, beginning with Hello! Arizona in 2011 as a Sales Account Executive. Through hard work and dedication, Brianna earned herself a Top Producer role for 8 of her years in Sales, including two as company-wise Top Producer for Hello!. Compassionate and determined, Brianna was promoted to Director of Sales overseeing the same team before she assumed the role of General Manager.

Monique Rife, Owner
Monique Rife, founder and owner of Bespoke Arizona DMC, boasts 25 years of hospitality experience including 8 years with DMC firms such as Southwest Conference Planners and Arizona Creative Events, and pivotal roles at renowned companies like NBC Universal, AEG, Wolfgang Puck and Legends Hospitality for the Dallas Cowboys. In 2023, she realized her dream by founding Bespoke Arizona DMC, committed to delivering world-class Arizona experiences through exceptional events, surpassing client’s expectations and crafting unforgettable memories. Anchored by her extensive background and a relentless focus on unparalleled customer service, Monique and her dedicated team at Bespoke, are poised to continue shaping the hospitality landscape, providing clients with the highest of standards for all services offered.
