1:00 p.m. … Volunteers to meet at the Embassy Suites for wine, appetizers and time to sing a couple of songs for practice.
1:45 p.m. … Load bus provided by Driver Provider (27 passenger mini-bus)
2:00 – 2:30 p.m. … Caroling at Sunshine Village Memory Care Home
2:45 – 3:15 p.m. … Caroling at Brookdale off Greenway
3:30 – 4:00 p.m. … Caroling at Brookdale off Tatum
4:30 – 4:45 p.m. … Return to Embassy Suites
5:00pm … For anyone who would like to have dinner, Stephanie Wilson is working on either Blanco or Mexicano to reserve space for our group.
Mini-bus will depart at 1:45pm and return no later than 4:45pm.
