Dear Prospective Venue,

We are excited for a fantastic year ahead in 2025! At HSMAI, our mission is to fuel sales, inspire marketing, and optimize revenue for the hospitality industry and its partners. As part of our commitment to serving the hospitality community, we are dedicated to giving back, supporting our members, and creating engaging, in-person events throughout the year.

As we begin the selection process for our 2025 meeting and event spaces, we invite you to submit a proposal to host one of our events. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your venue to hospitality professionals while supporting industry growth and education.

There are three levels of sponsorship, each providing unique benefits to our valued partners. You are encouraged to review the details and explore the advantages of partnering with HSMAI.

2025 Meeting Dates:
Thursday, March 20, 2025 (breakfast, lunch or happy hour)
Thursday, September 18, 2025 (breakfast, lunch or happy hour)
Thursday, November 20, 2025 (breakfast, lunch or happy hour)

2025 Meeting Times:
Breakfast Meeting: 8:00am to10:00am
Luncheon Meeting: 11:00am to 1:15pm
Program followed by Happy Hour/Mixer: 4:00-6:30pm

Attendance:
Approximately 60-75 people

F&B/Set-Up Requirements:

Crescent rounds of 5 for program
Podium, microphone, LCD projector and screen
Internet connection or wifi capability to host zoom meeting if necessary
Registration Area: Two 6’ registration tables, two chairs, small trash can and two easels
An additional 4-6 tables needed for sponsors or committees
Provide food and beverage to accommodate the guaranteed number of attendees. Menu is at the discretion of the host property. The intent is to “showcase” and promote your venue. An upscale menu and presentation are encouraged.
Audio visual-requests beyond the above requests will be discussed on an individual basis.

2025 MONTHLY MEETING SPONSORSHIP

All sponsorship packages include the following:

Display table at the meeting sponsored.
Recognition in the quarterly chapter e-newsletter and on the chapter website: hsmai-az.org
Recognition on the HSMAI International website (hsmai.org) – events calendar section
Logo placement on all promotional materials for the program

GOLD LEVEL: Sponsor the meal function to include ALL food and non-alcoholic beverages on a complimentary basis, and provide required audio-visual equipment.

Benefits:

Ten (10) complimentary registrations
Five minute “Sponsor Spotlight” – opportunity to address the group.
Logo placement in all on-line industry calendars and in press releases, in follow-up e-mail to attendees
E-mail sent to all members on behalf of your company

SILVER LEVEL: Sponsor the meal function to include all food and non-alcoholic beverages at a discounted price of $20.00 inclusive for our meal and provide required audio-visual equipment.

Benefits:

Five (5) complimentary registrations
Logo placement in all on-line industry calendars and in press releases.

BRONZE LEVEL: Sponsor the meal function to include all food and non-alcoholic beverages at a discounted price of $30.00 inclusive for our meal and provide required audio-visual equipment.

Two (2) complimentary registrations
