SPECIFICATIONS FOR HOSTING & SPONSORING
| Program: | Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International – Arizona Chapter Annual Past President’s Luncheon |
| Meeting Purpose: | The purpose of this annual luncheon is to bring together approximately 20 Past Presidents, who have served the HSMAI Chapter, and our 2023 Board of Directors, to provide an update on the direction of the Chapter and how the Past Presidents can provide guidance to the Chapter. |
| Preferred Dates: | Tuesday, October 10 Wednesday, October 11 Thursday, October 12 Friday, October 13 |
| Program Length: | 11:00am – 2:00pm |
| Food & Beverage: | Plated lunch, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages at $30.00 inclusive per person for 30 people.
Cash bar available for guests to purchase drinks on their own. |
| Special Concessions: | Complimentary function space and microphone. |
