Dear Friends of MPI and HSMAI:

The Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and the Arizona Chapter of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International - have joined forces for the 13th year in a row to provide all of our members of the Arizona meeting and hospitality industry an opportunity to participate in a morning of great golf whether you are a golfer or not - followed by an awards celebration and luncheon.

The funds from this tournament will help to support our associations’ continuing efforts to provide quality continuing education and scholarships for those professionals currently in the meeting and hospitality industry. We’d like to invite you to participate in our fundraising efforts by helping us by donating a raffle and/or a swag bag item. Your contribution will be recognized by participants that include influential members of the hospitality and meetings industry.

Once again, we would greatly appreciate your participation. Below you will find a donor form to fill out. Once you have completed the form, mail it along with the item you’re donating to the address listed on the form. If you are unable to mail the item, please indicate this on the form and we will arrange for a pickup.
