Get ready for a spooktacular Friday evening of community, connection, and Halloween fun! Join fellow HSMAI members, guests, sponsors, and the wonderful families of Harvest Compassion Centers for a festive Trunk or Treat community outreach event.

We’ll transform the parking lot at Embassy Suites into a Halloween wonderland, with sponsor-decorated vehicles loaded with treats, goodies, and plenty of fun for the kids. 👻🍬

Whether you’re looking to sponsor a trunk, join individually, network with fellow hospitality professionals, or simply enjoy a fun night with the community, there’s a place for you!

As an added treat, guests can enjoy the hotel’s happy hour from 5:30–7:00 p.m., with food and drinks also available for purchase.

Come dressed for the occasion, bring your Halloween spirit, and help us make this a memorable night for families in our community!

  • $100 Per Vehicle Sponsor … for up to four people, includes one drink ticket and one raffle ticket per person. If you register by 9/23 you will get an extra raffle ticket!
