These leading associations – the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and the Arizona Chapter of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International – have joined forces for the 11th year in a row to provide members of the Arizona meeting and hospitality industry a day of great golf on an award winning course, followed by a lunch and an awards celebration.
This is an event you won’t want to miss. Not up for a round of golf or don’t have four hours to play? You can still participate! Just register to join in on festivities after the tournament – lunch and awards.
The funds from this tournament will help to support our associations’ continuing efforts to provide quality continuing education and scholarships for those professionals currently in the meeting and hospitality industry and those who are pursuing a career in the field. Once again, we would greatly appreciate your participation.

RESORT ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Westin is graciously offering qualified buyers complimentary accommodations for Sunday, 5/21. This only applies if you are participating in the tournament as a player, sponsor, golf clinic or lunch. No exceptions. All other golf participants are being offered a discounted rate of $79.00 for Sunday. Reservations are being made by MPI/HSMAI. Please e-mail Joanne Winter to let her know if you want a room and for Monday.
Accommodations are on a first-reserve basis and limited. Don’t Delay!
COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROJECT 
As part of our golf event, we will be collecting hygiene items for the Sister José Women’s Center in Tucson. Support our efforts by bringing hygiene items to the golf tournament on May 22. CLICK HERE for the donation wish list.
Sister José Women’s Center is dedicated to the care of women experiencing homelessness in a welcoming and safe environment. We are more than a center; we are a community built upon the values of compassion, dignity, and respect in a non-institutionalized setting. For many of our guests we are home.
